Fee

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), my professional services are generally reimbursable through most insurance carriers.  My fees are usually considered to be within the acceptable range for reimbursement.

I am a registered out-of-network provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, United Behavioral Health, Cigna, Aetna, Humana/Choice Care and Value Options.

I provide a billing statement at the end of each month that contains all required information for insurance reimbursement.
