  • Mindfulness TrainingMindfulness practice is like finding a rope hanging over a whirlpool: it is a way to pull yourself out of the painful cycles of anxiety and depression.
  • Video-Based Therapy — Augment face-to-case therapy sessions with an HD-quality, HIPPA-compliant e-therapy and teletherapy.

The result of practicing these techniques is a decrease in the amount of time spent in painful moods, developing instead a deeper feeling of vitality and connection in your life. When you do find yourself feeling anxious or depressed, you will be able to manage these feelings so that they stay contained, rather than dominate your life.
